Questions

Good to know

Do you give fixed prices?

Yes. For repairs we charge a fixed visit fee that includes the first hour, and we quote parts before fitting them. Installations and bathrooms get a fixed written quote after a free survey.

Which areas do you cover?

Reigate, Redhill, Merstham, Horley, Dorking, Banstead, Epsom, Leatherhead, Sutton, Coulsdon, Purley and Caterham. If you're not sure, give us your postcode and we'll tell you straight away.

Do you offer emergency call-outs?

Yes, 24 hours a day for active leaks, burst pipes and urgent heating failures. If you smell gas, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first — that's a free, 24-hour service.

How often should my boiler be serviced?

Most manufacturers recommend a service every 12 months, and many make it a condition of the warranty. Check your boiler's paperwork for the exact terms.

Can you work with landlords and letting agents?

Yes. We can deal directly with tenants to arrange access and send the landlord or agent a summary and invoice after each job.

What should I do if a pipe bursts?

Turn off the water at your stopcock (often under the kitchen sink), switch off the electricity if water is near electrics and it is safe to do so, then call us for an emergency visit.

Do you guarantee your work?

Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Manufacturer warranties on new parts and boilers are separate and vary by manufacturer.

How do I pay?

We take card payments on completion and send an invoice by email.
