What we collect and why
- Booking details (name, phone, email, postcode, notes) — to arrange and confirm your appointment. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- Enquiry details — to reply to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us.
- Online assistant conversations — to answer your questions and, if you ask, book an appointment. Messages are processed by an AI service provider on our behalf.
- Telephone calls to our AI receptionist — calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can act on your request and keep a record. You'll be told at the start of the call.
- Text messages — if you give a mobile number when booking or leaving a message, we text you a confirmation. These are service messages only, never marketing.
- Anonymous usage statistics — page views and button clicks, without cookies or personal identifiers.

We use carefully chosen service providers (processors) to run this website: hosting, appointment scheduling, AI language and voice services, and email. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
A current list of processors and where they process data is available on request. [Processor list to be completed — see SECURITY.md › Sub-processors.]
How long we keep it
- Bookings and related correspondence: up to 6 years after the appointment, for accounting and warranty purposes. [Confirm with the business.]
- Unconverted enquiries and chat transcripts: 12 months.
- Call recordings: 90 days; call summaries: as for bookings.
